We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Return / Size Exchange for all non-sale item(s), excluding accessories subject to following

1. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
2. Processing Time & Refunds: Refunds will be processed in the form of Store Credit via GIFT CARD/ DISCOUNT COUPON within 24 hours after receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
3. Reverse Shipment Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 99 will be charged per return request (excluding the original shipping fee for COD orders).
4. Reverse pick-up: Our logistics partner will attempt pick-up 3 times. If unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.
5. Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product.
6. Exchange Order Returns: Return requests for exchange orders will not be accepted.
7. Clearance Sale Items: Items purchased under the Clearance Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
8. Non-Acceptance of Delivery: For a prepaid order that was not delivered after multiple attempts and returned back to us, we will process the refund in the form of a gift card which will be shared with you on your registered email id and comes with a lifetime validity. You can check the gift card in your Inbox or spam folder.
