RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Flurr, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a request.


RETURN POLICY

You may return any non-sale item(s), excluding accessories, within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Reverse Shipment Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 (plus shipping charges for COD orders) will be deducted from the refund amount, irrespective of the number of items in the order. This means a single deduction of Rs. 100 per order, not per item.

  3. Pick-Up & Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partner will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. For reshipping a product back to you, a Rs. 149 re-shipping charge will apply. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.

  4. Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Non-Refundable Payments: Reward points or store credits cannot be refunded and are only redeemable for future purchases.

  6. Sale/On Offer Items: Items purchased during any type of  Sale or On Offer are not eligible for refunds. However, size exchanges are permitted once. No store credit or refund will be provided for sale items.

  7. Non-Returnable Items: Accessories, including scrunchies, duffle bags, yoga mats, socks, and hand towels, are non-returnable.

  8. Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product.

  9. Defective/Wrong/Damaged Items: Any concerns regarding defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  10. Exchange Order Returns: Return requests for exchange orders will not be accepted.

  11. Shipping Fee for Small Orders: A Rs. 99 shipping fee applies to orders below Rs. 499.

  12. Non-Acceptance of Delivery: If an order is not accepted at the time of delivery and is returned to us, a Rs. 100 handling and logistics fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  1. Size Exchange: Exchanges are available only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability. If the required size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

  2. Condition of Items: Items must be untried, unworn, and unwashed to qualify for an exchange. Please ensure all tags and original packaging are intact.

  3. Exchange Limit: Each garment is eligible for only one exchange. Review your requirements before requesting an exchange.

  4. Flash Sale & Exclusive Sale Items: A logistics fee of Rs. 149 will be charged for exchanges on items purchased during Flash Sales or Exclusive Sales.

  5. Second Exchange: We do not allow second exchanges. However, if a second exchange is requested, an additional charge of Rs. 199 will apply. No further exchanges will be permitted after the second exchange.


RETURNING ITEMS FROM COMBO OR DISCOUNTED OFFERS

  1. If you purchased multiple items under a combo offer and return one item, the refund will be calculated based on the individual item price and not the discounted combo price.

    • Example: If you purchased 2 tights for Rs. 2099 (one priced at Rs. 1199) and return one, the refund will be Rs. 900 (2099 - 1199).

  2. If a discount or coupon was applied to a combo offer and you return an item, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the new price of the retained item(s).


REFUND PROCESS

  1. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after receiving and verifying the returned product at our warehouse.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.

  3. Bank Refunds for COD Orders: COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Please provide your bank details (Name, IFSC code, Account Number, Account Type) or UPI ID for processing.

  4. Bank Processing Time: It may take up to 5 additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.


VOID RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Your return or exchange request will not be processed if:

  1. The return request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

  2. The product has been used, tampered with, or altered.

  3. Damage results from misuse, third-party laundry services, or ironing.

  4. The item is returned without original packaging, tags, barcodes, and accessories.

  5. The returned product does not match the original shipment.

  6. The pickup attempt fails twice.


REPORTING A FAULTY OR INCORRECT / UNDELIVERED ITEM

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hrs.

If your order status shows as 'Delivered' but you have not received the item, please contact our customer support within 3 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking link. After this period, we will not be able to provide a resolution.


POLICY CHANGES

Flurr reserves the right to modify or alter these conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated policy shall be final and binding.
