Order Related
You can check your order details by simply logging in to your account. Also, we keep you updated through the entire process once you post an order. You will receive a shipping update from us via e-mail.
We offer free shipping on ALL orders. However we charge little amount of Rs. 99 on COD orders.
Once the order has been shipped, address changes are not possible!
Just add the product of your choice to the cart and proceed to payment. It’s super easy on Flurr.
Delivery Related
Generally, We ship your order within 2-3 days of order confirmation. However you can always get in touch with our customer support for any information related to your order.
Normally a delivery based on your pin code takes anywhere between 2-10 working days to reach you. In case you need more details, you can reach out to Natasha at support@flurr.in
Exchanges and Refunds Related
Just login to your account and select the return option, Enter your order id and submit. To know more about our return and refund policy please go through our return policy.

Right after the pick up is done you will get a link via email and text in 24hrs. You can get the amount credited in original payment option by adding the required details.
Please double check the products you are returning. In case you send the wrong product, we will try our best to trace it and send it back to you. Though we cannot guarantee this as it is a manual effort to retrieve this and there are chances of manual error.
Order Cancellation Related
You can only cancel the order upto the time it is in the Ready to Ship Status!. Once the order is shipped it can not be cancelled.
We will refund the amount back to your source account in 5 to 7 working days.
