How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order details by simply logging in to your account. Also, we keep you updated through the entire process through Watsapp and Email once you post an order. You will receive a shipping update from us via e-mail and Watsapp.

How much shipping charges do I have to pay?

We offer free shipping on ALL orders. However we charge little amount of Rs. 99 on COD orders.

Can I change the address/phone details after placing an order?

Once the order has been shipped, address changes are not possible!

When will my order be shipped?

Generally, We ship your order within 1-2 days of order confirmation. However you can always get in touch with our customer support for any information related to your order.

How long does it take to deliver the package?

How will I get my refund of a COD order?

You can get the amount credited in you bank account or through UPI. Kindly read our refund policy to know more.

What if I receive a wrong product?

If you receive a wrong product from Flurr, please contact our dedicated customer support team at support@flurr.in immediately, providing your order details. We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you a swift resolution. You can also initiate an exchange or return through our online portal for a hassle-free process.

What if I returned the wrong product?

Please double check the products you are returning. In case you send the wrong product, we will try our best to trace it and send it back to you. Though we cannot guarantee this as it is a manual effort to retrieve this and there are chances of manual error.

Order Cancellation Related

How can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel the order upto the time it is in the Ready to Ship Status!. Once the order is shipped it can not be cancelled.

How will I get my refund of the canceled pre-paid order?

We will refund the amount back to your source account in 5 to 7 working days.
