REFUND/ RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You can return any NON SALE item(s) or EXCEPT items categorized as accessories, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached for a successful return else refund will not be processed. 

2. Please note a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 (Plus Shipping Fee for COD orders) will be deducted at the time of refund as reverse shipping charges regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

3. Pick-up and delivery will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up or deliver the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address in case of pick up and we will charge Rs. 149/- for re-shipping the product to you. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

4. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

5. Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.

6. Items sold in any type of SALE cannot be returned for refund, however you can exchange it once for size. No store credit or refund will be provided for items sold in any type of SALE.

7. Scrunchies, duffle bags, yoga mats, socks, hand towels or any other item categorized as accessories are non-returnable.

8.  Our liability is limited only to the Invoice Value.

9. Defective Products, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of delivery. 

10. We do not offer a Return for exchange orders.

11. Shipping Fee of Rs. 99/- will be charged on orders below Rs. 500/-.

12. If the order is not accepted at the time of delivery and is returned to us, we will refund the amount to the original payment source after deducting a handling and logistics fee of Rs. 100.

IMPORTANT!!! We do not have a second exchange policy. However, if you still want to initiate the exchange, an amount of 149 INR will be charged for the second exchange.

All items are inspected on return.

EXCHANGES

Kindly note that we offer exchanges as per following conditions, 

  • The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges and damaged product.
  • Exchange is only allowed if there is a size issue subject to availability of size on our website. You can opt to take the next size you need. If the particular size is not available on the website, we will provide you store credit.
  • All garments in your order are eligible for only one exchange; given that they are untried, unworn and unwashed. Review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange.
  • The price/brand tags and all original packaging must be intact.
  • A logistics fee of Rs. 149/- is applicable for the exchange of products purchased during the FLASH SALE.

Returning one item purchased during a combo or on an offer valid on combo

If you have purchased two or multiple items from a combo or applied combo offer and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price. Eg. If you purchase 2 tights for Rs. 2099 while one of them is priced at Rs. 1199  and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 900 (2099-1199). 

In cases where you have applied a coupon or discount specifically on the combo offer, and you return an item from that combo, the refund amount will be calculated after adjusting the coupon or discount applied, and the return will reflect the eligible discount on the remaining item(s). For instance, if you applied a coupon for a combo offer and then return one item, the refund will be processed after reducing the price of the returned item and recalculating the discount on the retained item(s).

HOW & WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Refunds will be actioned within 24hrs from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
  • For COD orders, you can get the refund either in your bank account or through UPI.
    • In case you want refund in your bank account, please share your name, bank's IFSC code, account number and account type. 
    • In case you want refund through UPI, please share your UPI id.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL BE VOID if:

  • The return request exceeds 7 days from date of receipt of the order by the customer.
  • The product has been used, tampered with or altered.
  • The damage is due to misuse of the product - Any damage/defect caused by a third party like laundry/washing machine or ironing service.
  • Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box/pouch, tags and barcodes, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
  • Products returned are different from what was shipped.

Important!!

We make two attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the second attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.
