How to redeem your Flurr gift card
Your gift card arrives by email with a code. You use that code at checkout, in four short steps. It takes under a minute.

Find the code in your email
Open the gift card email from Flurr and copy the gift card code. If you can't see the email, check your Promotions and Spam folders.

Add what you love to your bag
Shop as usual on flurr.in, open your bag and tap Proceed to checkout. Add or confirm your delivery address.

Tap Redeem next to "Have Gift Card?"
On the checkout screen, look under Offers & Rewards. Just below the coupon box you'll see Have Gift Card? Tap Redeem.

Enter your code and pay the rest
Paste or type your code in the Gift Card box. Your order total goes down by the gift card amount. If anything is left to pay, choose UPI, card, wallet or any other payment option shown.
Before you start
- Use the gift card box, not the coupon box. A gift card code will not work in "Enter coupon code".
- Enter the code exactly as it appears in the email. Copy and paste is the safest way.
- Keep the email. Your code is in it, so don't delete it until you've used your gift card.
Common questions
I can't find my gift card email
Search your inbox for "Flurr gift card" and check the Promotions and Spam folders. If it still isn't there, write to support@flurr.in from the email address the gift card was sent to and we'll help you.
I don't see "Have Gift Card?" at checkout
It appears on the checkout screen under Offers & Rewards, after you tap Proceed to checkout and your delivery address is filled in. Scroll down a little past the coupon box.
My code isn't working
Check that you entered it in the Gift Card box and not the coupon box, and that every character matches the email. If it still doesn't apply, send us the code and a screenshot at support@flurr.in.
