We offer Easy Returns and Exchanges on all items excluding accessories, subject to the following:

1. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached—to be eligible for a refund.
   
   
2. Processing Time & Refunds: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received at our warehouse. For COD orders and customers opting for store credit, refunds will be issued instantly once the return is picked up.
   
   
3. Reverse Shipment Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 99 will be deducted from refunds. Returns to Store Credit are eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping fees for COD orders.
   
   
4. Reverse Pick-up: Our logistics partner will attempt pick-up 3 times. If unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.
   
   
5. Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product.
   
   
6. Clearance Sale Items: Items purchased under the Clearance Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
   
   
7. Non-Acceptance of Delivery: For a prepaid order that was not delivered after multiple attempts and returned back to us, we will process the refund in the form of a gift card which will be shared with you on your registered email ID and comes with a lifetime validity. You can check the gift card in your Inbox or spam folder.
