Return & Exchange

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Return / Size Exchange for all non-sale item(s), excluding accessories subject to following

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Processing Time & Refunds:
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received at our warehouse. For COD orders and customers opting for store credit, refunds will be issued instantly once the return is picked up.
Reverse Shipment Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs.99 will be charged from refunds to Original Payment Method (Plus Shipping Fee for COD orders). Refunds to Store Credits are eligible for Full Refunds except shipping fee for COD orders.
Reverse pick-up: Our logistics partner will attempt pick-up 3 times. If unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.
Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product.
Exchange Order Returns: Return requests for exchange orders will not be accepted.
Clearance Sale Items: Items purchased under the Clearance Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Non-Acceptance of Delivery: For a prepaid order that was not delivered after multiple attempts and returned back to us, we will process the refund in the form of a gift card which will be shared with you on your registered email id and comes with a lifetime validity. You can check the gift card in your Inbox or spam folder.
