1. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, to be eligible for a refund.

2. Processing Time & Refunds: For all orders, refunds will be issued as store credit once the return pickup is completed.

3. Reverse Pick-up: Our logistics partner will attempt pick-up 3 times. If unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.

4. Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product.

5. Clearance Sale Items: Items purchased under the Clearance Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Non-Acceptance of Delivery: For a prepaid order that was not delivered after multiple attempts and returned back to us, we will process the refund in the form of a gift card which will be shared with you on your registered email ID and will have lifetime validity. You can check the gift card in your Inbox or spam folder.
